Pay: $20 – $21/hour (based on experience and certifications)
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team in Lebanon, KY. This role is responsible for maintaining all aspects of production processes and facility operations. Duties include preventive maintenance, facility improvements, equipment installation, and utility upgrades. The ideal candidate will bring strong electrical experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime.
- Supervise outside contractors when performing service or repair work.
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment as required.
- Perform facility repairs and improvements as needed.
- Oversee and support utility service upgrades.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Electrical experience required.
- Active electrician license strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
