Job Description
Crown Staffing is looking for an experienced Warehouse Storekeeper in the Bartlesville Ok area.
The Warehouse Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of oilfield materials, equipment, and supplies. This role ensures accurate inventory control, safe material handling, and timely support of operations while complying with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Store materials in designated warehouse or yard locations following proper storage procedures.
- Issue materials to internal departments and external contractors as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.
- Identify, label, and track oilfield materials, tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams regarding material availability.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous or regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
- Report damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse clerk, or inventory controller (preferably in oil & gas or industrial supply).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory or ERP systems).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with oilfield materials, pipes, valves, fittings, tools, or chemicals.
- Forklift certification.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Knowledge of HSE standards and procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight] with or without assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor yard environments.
Work Environment
- Warehouse, yard, and storage facilities.
- Exposure to noise, heavy equipment, and varying weather conditions.

$19-20 depending on experience
2nd Shift 3-12 pm
