Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Location: Hilliard, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Hilliard, Ohio. This position is responsible for efficiently picking orders using a stand-up forklift while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to pick and move product throughout the warehouse
• Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements
• Utilize an RF scanner (RF gun) to track inventory and ensure order accuracy
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Meet daily productivity and performance expectations

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior stand-up forklift experience
• Mandatory: Order picking experience
• Mandatory: RF scanner (RF gun) experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs as needed
