Chemical Processing Technician
Elizabethtown, KY
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Full-Time
Chemical Processing Technician Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical processing, chemical mixing, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas, procedures, and instructions accurately
- Knowledge of chemical handling practices and workplace safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Mix chemicals and raw materials according to production formulas and specifications
- Prepare, package, and label finished products for shipment
- Operate production equipment and assist with water treatment operations as needed
- Follow daily production schedules and gather materials required for mixing processes
- Monitor production processes and identify any quality or operational concerns
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Follow all chemical handling procedures and workplace safety guidelines
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
