Manufacturing Associate
Louisville, KY
Pay: $17.50/hour
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Schedule: 5–7 Days Per Week

Manufacturing Associate Requirements
- Six months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and productivity
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations using hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and light power tools
- Assemble driveshaft components according to production specifications
- Compare system components to customer orders and bills of materials for accuracy
- Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to required tolerances
- Inspect products for quality and identify defects or nonconforming parts
- Repair products that do not meet quality standards or route them for rework
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or hydraulic issues during assembly
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all production schedules, safety requirements, and company procedures
