Oven Operator Job Details
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Location: Miamisburg, OH 45342
Oven Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a hot, physically demanding environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the entire shift
- Basic math and computer skills preferred
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to following all safety procedures and company policies
About the Oven Operator Role
As an Oven Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating industrial ovens and related production equipment safely
- Loading and unloading materials and products into ovens
- Monitoring temperatures, cycle times, and production processes
- Performing quality inspections on finished products
- Recording production and inspection data accurately
- Following established safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assisting with general production and manufacturing duties as needed
- Identifying and reporting quality or equipment concerns
- Supporting production goals while maintaining quality standards
