Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout our warehouse facility. This position is responsible for ensuring work areas, equipment, and designated spaces are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces using approved cleaning solutions.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop designated warehouse areas.
- Clean and buff tile floors as needed.
- Clean and polish stainless steel and other metal fixtures.
- Disinfect and sanitize tools, equipment, containers, and materials used during the cleaning process.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Follow all safety procedures, cleaning protocols, and company policies.
- Properly store and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.
- Perform other general janitorial and housekeeping duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a warehouse environment.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a Federal Background Check.
- Must be able to pass an off-site drug screening.
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures and conditions.
- Requires adherence to company safety standards and cleaning procedures.
