Automation Cell Operator Job Details
11pm-7am | $22+/hour. Overtime possible and mandatory as scheduled | Germantown, WI

Requirements of the Automation Cell Operator:
• Prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment (required)
• Die casting or foundry experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong attention to quality and detail

As an Automation Cell Operator, your responsibilities will include:
• Start up, operate, and monitor automated die casting cells
• Operate Yaskawa robots, vision inspection systems, ladlers, and furnaces
• Monitor part quality and troubleshoot casting defects
• Perform furnace filling and operation
• Clean and perform basic maintenance on dies
• Handle materials for automated cells
• Operate trim presses for automated cells
• Assist with set-ups and changeovers
• Fill in as needed in die casting, trimming, finishing, and inspection
• Operate Yaskawa robots, vision inspection systems, ladlers, and furnaces
