CNC Machinist Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 AM
Pay Rate: Starting at $23.00/hr, higher based on experience

CNC Machinist Requirements/Qualifications
- Send resume required.
- Previous CNC machining or related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Knowledge of GD&T preferred.
- Ability to set up and operate CNC machines.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Basic mathematical skills related to machining calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot machining and equipment issues.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- T-shirt and jeans required; uniforms provided at no cost after 90 days.
About the CNC Machinist Role
As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:
- Review work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Set tool registers, offsets, compensations, and machine parameters.
- Install and adjust tooling and machine components as needed.
- Load and secure raw materials into machines.
- Perform first-piece inspections and sample part evaluations.
- Perform machining operations including drilling, grooving, turning, facing, knurling, threading, and cutting.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure specifications are met.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
- Complete production and quality control documentation.
- Monitor material inventory and assist with material requirements.
- Support process improvement and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
