Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Quality Control Inspector.

Quality Control Inspector Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with overtime as scheduled
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Quality Control Inspector Requirements/Qualifications
  • Interview required.
  • Must be available to work weekends and overtime when scheduled.
  • Overtime may be required after the scheduled shift, including 11:00 PM–3:00 AM.
  • Heavy lifting required; must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Must be able to move approximately 1,000 parts per shift weighing 15–50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
  • Ability to frequently bend and perform repetitive hand movements.
  • Ability to pass a near-vision test.
  • Must have reliable transportation; no bicycles, bus line, or rideshare.
  • Must be available to travel to other work locations as needed.
  • Must complete required background check, paperwork, testing, and onboarding.
  • Active working email address required for ISS onboarding.
  • ISS onboarding must be completed before starting the assignment.
  • Must pass required testing; test results must have no more than 4 wrong answers.
  • Must follow all dress code, safety, and workplace requirements.

About the Quality Control Inspector Role
As a Quality Control Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
  • Perform inspections, sorting, and quality control projects for customers.
  • Inspect parts and materials according to customer requirements.
  • Identify and report defective or non-conforming parts.
  • Sort and organize products according to established quality standards.
  • Move and handle parts weighing approximately 15–50 lbs.
  • Process approximately 1,000 parts during a shift while maintaining accuracy.
  • Communicate issues and concerns to the Lead Inspector, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow all customer and company safety procedures.
  • Work at different customer locations as assigned.
  • Complete required inspection and project documentation.
