Previous assembly experience REQUIRED

Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions

Assembling a variety of mechanical and electrical components

Using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks

Performing mechanical adjustments and alignments to ensure proper fit and operation

Verifying dimensional specifications and component functionality

Conducting operating tests according to product checklists

Using feeler gauges, arbor presses, hand trucks, and other assembly equipment

Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Installing switches, sensors, connectors, wiring harnesses, and other electrical components

Conducting visual inspections to ensure assembled products meet quality standards

Identifying and correcting assembly defects or discrepancies

Performing additional mechanical and electrical assembly duties as assigned
