Residential Cleaner Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays

Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hr, depending on experience

Location: Florence, KY

Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Residential Cleaner Requirements/Qualifications

Previous residential, commercial, or professional cleaning experience preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Reliable personal transportation required; rideshare transportation is not permitted.
Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional Saturdays.
Experience cleaning residential homes, offices, or similar properties preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
Ability to safely use cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
Ability to follow cleaning instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work professionally inside clients' homes and offices.
Ability to respect client privacy, personal belongings, and property.
Comfortable working in teams of two while completing cleaning assignments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic required.

About the Residential Cleaner Role

As a Residential Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:

Perform professional cleaning services inside residential homes and offices.
Travel with a cleaning partner to assigned residential and commercial properties.
Dust furniture, fixtures, shelves, and other household surfaces.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout assigned areas.
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
Wipe down countertops, cabinets, mirrors, and other surfaces.
Remove trash and maintain clean, organized spaces.
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment for different surfaces.
Pay close attention to detail when cleaning high-end residential properties.
Follow established cleaning procedures and client-specific instructions.
Handle clients' belongings and property with care and professionalism.
Work efficiently with team members to complete scheduled cleaning assignments.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition.
Follow workplace safety procedures and cleaning guidelines.
Perform additional residential and office cleaning duties as assigned.
