- Sunday–Thursday
- 8:00 PM–4:30 AM
- 3rd shift
Production Associate Requirements
- Previous production, manufacturing, laundry, or quality-inspection experience is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Strong attention to product quality and detail
- Ability to identify stains, tears, holes, and excessive wear
- Ability to complete repetitive production tasks accurately
- Comfortable working around industrial production equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Commitment to equipment and workplace-safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Feed clean, dry linens into industrial folding machines.
- Inspect linens for stains, tears, holes, and excessive wear.
- Remove damaged or unacceptable linens from production.
- Maintain established quality and production standards.
- Sort and organize linens according to production requirements.
- Move linens using carts throughout the production area.
- Monitor folding equipment and report jams or operating concerns.
- Use a computer and printer to complete assigned production tasks.
- Maintain accurate production and quality information as required.
- Keep the assigned workstation clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all equipment, quality, and workplace-safety procedures.
- Communicate production or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
