Dolly Repair Team Member – 2nd Shift
Georgetown, KY
Pay: $19.50/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule Information

  • Monday–Friday
  • 5:15 PM–2:00 AM
  • 2nd shift
  • Overtime may be required

Dolly Repair Team Member Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to three months of related experience or training
  • Welding experience required
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and repair skills
  • Ability to use welding equipment, hand tools, and basic power tools safely
  • Ability to follow preventive-maintenance schedules and repair instructions
  • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather and temperature conditions
  • Strong attention to safety and repair quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to participate in required safety and skills training
  • Ability to support other departments when needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair dollies, modules, and related equipment.
  • Complete scheduled preventive-maintenance inspections and services.
  • Perform required monthly preventive maintenance on dollies.
  • Inspect equipment for damage, excessive wear, and safety concerns.
  • Complete basic welding and fabrication work.
  • Fabricate parts or other items according to assigned specifications.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical concerns and complete authorized repairs.
  • Report equipment damage and repair needs to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
  • Participate in team meetings and required safety or skills training.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 5S standards.
  • Properly store tools, equipment, and repair materials.
  • Support other departments when operational needs require assistance.
  • Perform additional repair, maintenance, and fabrication duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This position performs hands-on repair, welding, fabrication, and preventive-maintenance work. Employees must be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions while following all required safety and PPE procedures.
