Visual Inspector (Contour) – Job Details
Elizabethtown, KY
Pay: $15.00/hour (increases to $15.50/hour after training)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Start Time Requirement: Must be able to arrive by 5:00 PM

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring detail-oriented Visual Inspectors to support production and quality operations in Elizabethtown, KY. In this role, you will inspect parts for defects, ensure quality standards are met, and support overall production efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of parts according to work instructions
- Identify defects while maintaining production pace and accuracy
- Complete all required inspection documentation
- Notify leadership of any quality concerns and document issues
- Ensure packaging and final documentation meet customer requirements
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 3S standards
- Process materials efficiently in line with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership
Requirements
- High attention to detail
- Basic math skills (must pass assessment)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing tasks
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- ISO 9001 experience or training preferred
Additional Screening Requirements
- Must complete required assessments during onboarding
- Availability survey required
