Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a General Labor / Yard Labor Associate.
General Labor / Yard Labor Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Location: Hilliard, Ohio
General Labor / Yard Labor Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Comfortable working both outdoors and in a warehouse environment
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist where needed
- Forklift experience preferred
- Light welding experience is a plus
- Ability to work safely around materials, equipment, and warehouse traffic
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
About the General Labor / Yard Labor Role
As a General Labor / Yard Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with moving, organizing, and staging fencing materials and supplies
- Perform general yard, warehouse, and shop labor duties
- Load and unload materials for installation crews
- Stage products and supplies for daily operations
- Operate a forklift as needed (experience preferred)
- Assist with light welding tasks when applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support inventory organization and material handling activities
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Assist team members with daily operational needs and special projects
