Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Spanish/English Translator Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Six months of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret process work instructions
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with supervisors and employees across multiple departments
Key Responsibilities
- Translate job duties, safety procedures, and training materials between English and Spanish for temporary and permanent employees
- Assist supervisors in communicating clear instructions to employees in both languages
- Provide on-the-floor translation support during shift meetings, training sessions, and team huddles
- Translate written documents including work instructions, training guides, and signage
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for Spanish-speaking associates
- Help ensure employees understand quality, safety, and production expectations
- Relay employee feedback and concerns to management accurately and professionally
- Make improvement suggestions regarding workflow, safety, and communication processes
