Location: Louisville, KY
Territory: Central Kentucky & Southern Indiana
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
Schedule: Full-Time

About the Lead Installer Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled Lead Installer to join a growing team specializing in radon mitigation, radon and mold testing, and remediation services. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination responsibilities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial radon mitigation systems in compliance with state and national standards.
- Conduct radon and mold testing with accurate documentation and reporting.
- Lead radon, lead, and mold remediation projects while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate part-time team members to support job sites.
- Plan ahead to ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are prepared for each project.
- Maintain inventory of radon fans, mitigation materials, and remediation supplies.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Perform basic maintenance on company tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and management to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, or similar trades preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces), on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to complete Radon Measurement and Mitigation certification courses (training provided).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
