About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across two warehouse locations—Indianapolis, IN and Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on order fulfillment, inventory management, and process improvement.
This position requires frequent travel, especially during onboarding, to ensure proper training and alignment between both locations. Candidates must be comfortable traveling regularly and working across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment and shipping accuracy
- Serve as the main point of contact for warehouse and customer service teams
- Schedule staff, assign tasks, and ensure teams are properly equipped
- Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
- Coordinate repair services and ensure timely completion
- Conduct employee check-ins, performance reviews, and team development
- Monitor equipment and facility maintenance, escalating issues as needed
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed and address product issues
- Collaborate with leadership teams across multiple locations
- Maintain visibility on product issues and communicate updates to leadership
- Lead teams to meet safety, quality, and performance standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel required, especially during onboarding and training
- Travel between Indiana and California locations is non-negotiable
- Travel frequency may reduce to approximately every 6 weeks once operations stabilize
Requirements
- Previous warehouse management or leadership experience
- Strong background in inventory management and order fulfillment
- Experience in customer service or customer-facing operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working across time zones (EST & PST)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and warehouse technology
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Management or leadership training/education
- Project management experience or certification
- Experience working across multiple facilities or regions
