Position: Forklift/Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Maumee, OH
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $18/hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Independently operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely while meeting required quality standards
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, including greasing, oiling, and routine upkeep
- Recognize equipment or production problems and recommend corrective actions to mechanics
- Follow proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with State and Federal laws
- Comply with GMP and AIB procedures, as well as company safety requirements
- Identify and correct manufacturing issues that affect production efficiency and product quality
- Arrange machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure production lines are ready and orderly
- Set up machines with needed materials and load/unload materials, parts, or products as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating forklifts or manufacturing equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to lift moderate weight and stand for extended periods
