Job Title: Finish Carpenter / Interior Construction Technician

Location: Columbus, OH 43207
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join a growing team specializing in interior construction and detailed finish work. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of carpentry techniques to complete high-quality installations and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform finish carpentry work, including precise miter cuts and detailed installations
• Assemble and construct cabinetry, fixtures, and furniture
• Install soap dispensers, towel dispensers, coat hooks, blinds, and valances
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately using a tape measure and hand/power tools
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on finish carpentry or related construction experience (not including schooling)
• Demonstrated work history showing reliability and consistency
• Strong ability to read a tape measure and perform precise measurements
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Indoor construction and installation setting
• Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and the use of tools throughout the shift
