- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Summary:
Crown Staffing is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to set up and operate CNC lathes, run programs, and inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications. This role is ideal for detail-oriented operators with a strong understanding of machining and CNC programming.
Crown Staffing is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to set up and operate CNC lathes, run programs, and inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications. This role is ideal for detail-oriented operators with a strong understanding of machining and CNC programming.
Essential Functions:
- Read and interpret technical prints and specifications
- Set up and operate CNC lathes with live tooling
- Work with parts up to 24" in diameter and 125" in length
- Make offsets and perform light program editing
- Follow work orders and instructions accurately
- Measure parts using micrometers, dial calipers, thread gauges, and verniers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Prior CNC Lathe experience required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
