Pay: $60,000 base plus commission
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Crown Staffing is seeking a Roofing Salesperson to join a growing team in Columbus, OH. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with a business-to-business background and a proven track record in complex sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective new clients and build relationships
- Introduce yourself and the company to potential clients
- Assess the fit between the company and prospective clients
- Gain opportunities to work on initial projects with new clients
- Develop relationships to become the preferred roofing contractor
- Continuously seek and develop new client opportunities
Support & Training:
- Receive support from estimators and sales administration personnel
- Training and mentoring provided by the Cincinnati Team
Requirements / PPE:
- Proven success in a complex sales process
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Travel required for B2B sales
- Must start at the Franklin location
- Strategic thinker who can implement actionable tactics
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people, from laborers to CEOs
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication (in-person, phone, and written)
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated and capable of planning daily, weekly, and monthly activities
- Comfortable using laptops, mobile devices, Excel, and CRM systems
- Team-spirited but able to work independently
- Motivated to learn and grow professionally
