Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a CNC Milling and Lathe Operator.
CNC Milling and Lathe Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00–$30.00/hr, based on knowledge and experience

CNC Milling and Lathe Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience in machine operation and machining required.
- Experience with milling, turning, and lathe operations preferred.
- Experience working with various types of machinery, including Haas, preferred.
- Ability to set up CNC machines.
- Ability to edit CNC programs.
- Knowledge of G and M codes required.
- Strong quality control skills.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Relevant manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Machinist apprenticeship experience is a plus.
About the CNC Milling and Lathe Operator Role
As a CNC Milling and Lathe Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and operate a Makino 5-axis CNC machine.
- Operate CNC milling and lathe equipment.
- Set up machines according to production requirements.
- Edit CNC programs as needed.
- Read and apply G and M codes.
- Monitor machine operations and production processes.
- Inspect machined parts for quality, accuracy, and precision.
- Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues.
- Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with the manufacturing team to meet production goals.
