Job Summary
Responsible for general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and shipping materials. Operates forklifts to move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse, supporting smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and/or stand-up) to move materials and pallets
- Load and unload trucks and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Keep the work area clean and organized to meet safety and operational standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report any equipment or safety issues promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- Construction or construction-related warehouse background required
- Must have a clean background
- Valid forklift certification and demonstrated experience operating forklifts
- Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on feet for extended periods
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work 1st shift hours consistently
