Pay: $23.00 – $26.00/hour

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to support production planning and scheduling operations in Lawrenceburg, KY. In this role, you will coordinate manufacturing demands, track production progress, and help ensure orders are completed on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and supporting production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create reports, spreadsheets, and charts using Microsoft Excel and other software
- Review production demands and release shop orders, resupply orders, and purchase orders based on capacity and material availability
- Monitor shop order progress to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate updates and changes in availability to the sales team
- Contact vendors to confirm schedules and material availability
- Collaborate with production teams to support scheduling and workflow
- Coordinate with logistics regarding materials needed for shipment to other facilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to safety, quality, and confidentiality
- Support additional planning and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
