Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: Monday – Friday | 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Part-Time: Thursday & Friday | 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Potential Direct Hire)

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a reliable Paint Line Cleaning Technician to support production operations in Russell Springs, KY. This role focuses on maintaining and cleaning paint line systems to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping operations clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and maintenance on paint line systems
- Replace filters, coatings, and grease within the paint process
- Remove paint buildup using hand and power tools
- Maintain floors, work areas, and waste containers
- Operate equipment such as pressure washers and vacuums as trained
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
