Warehouse Associate Requirements
- At least one year of manufacturing experience
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Ability to operate forklifts and tuggers safely
- Ability to work effectively in a recycling and manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to complete general material-handling tasks
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment operation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general manufacturing support across the recycling floor.
- Move and stage materials throughout assigned production areas.
- Operate forklifts and tuggers safely.
- Transport recyclable materials to designated locations.
- Keep materials organized and properly separated.
- Support production and recycling operations as needed.
- Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all manufacturing, recycling, and workplace-safety procedures.
- Perform additional warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
