Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Manager.
Warehouse Manager Job Details
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for additional hours based on warehouse and shipment needs
Pay Rate: $26.00–$27.00/hr ($55,000+ annually), based on experience

Warehouse Manager Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Moving or household goods experience is a plus.
- Forklift and material-handling equipment experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise employees and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, job costing, and expense management.
- Experience using computerized inventory or asset management systems and RF scanners preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to safety, productivity, and warehouse efficiency.
About the Warehouse Manager Role
As a Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow.
- Supervise, schedule, and track warehouse employees and hours.
- Train employees on proper procedures, safety, and warehouse operations.
- Lead shift meetings and communicate daily expectations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and transfer of household goods.
- Communicate with drivers regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor inventory and warehouse activity.
- Operate and oversee the use of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Utilize computerized inventory and asset management systems and RF scanners.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Assist with reducing product damage and customer claims.
- Monitor labor productivity and help control warehouse expenses.
- Address employee performance issues and provide corrective action when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
