Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English; no translator available.
- Good work history and attendance required.
- Must be flexible and willing to perform various warehouse assignments.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
- Ability to walk 7–10 miles per day.
- Ability to frequently go up and down steps throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have experience using an RF scanner and pallet jack.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack automotive parts in the warehouse.
- Use RF scanners to process and track inventory.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as assigned.
- Perform various warehouse duties based on business needs.
- Maintain strong accuracy and attention to detail when picking and packing orders.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
