Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Foreman to join a growing roofing team in Franklin, Ohio. This role is responsible for leading crews, overseeing roofing projects, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on job sites
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively
- Work on high-pitched roofs, ladders, and elevated structures
- Communicate with team members and customers in a professional manner
- Complete and manage job-related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Use smartphone apps and tools relevant to roofing operations
- Travel to job sites as needed
Qualifications
- Experience working with various roofing systems
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail, including accurate tape measure reading
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass drug screenings
