Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Preventative Maintenance (CNC).

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hr
Location: Hamilton, OH

Preventative Maintenance (CNC) Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Connector PPW required.
- Connector background check required.
- 10-panel drug screen required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and material-handling tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and wear required PPE.
About the Preventative Maintenance (CNC) Role
As a Preventative Maintenance (CNC), your responsibilities will include:
- Clean CNC machines, workstations, and surrounding production areas.
- Remove chips, debris, and excess materials from machines and work areas.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and lubrication as directed.
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-process throughout the department.
- Replenish tooling, supplies, and production materials as needed.
- Assist operators with machine changeovers and general production support.
- Complete cleaning and maintenance checklists accurately.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Identify and report machine issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to supervisors.
