Preventative Maintenance (CNC) Job Details

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hr
Location: Hamilton, OH

Preventative Maintenance (CNC) Requirements/Qualifications

Resume and interview required.
Connector PPW required.
Connector background check required.
10-panel drug screen required.
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and material-handling tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and wear required PPE.

About the Preventative Maintenance (CNC) Role

As a Preventative Maintenance (CNC), your responsibilities will include:

Clean CNC machines, workstations, and surrounding production areas.
Remove chips, debris, and excess materials from machines and work areas.
Perform routine machine cleaning and lubrication as directed.
Move raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-process throughout the department.
Replenish tooling, supplies, and production materials as needed.
Assist operators with machine changeovers and general production support.
Complete cleaning and maintenance checklists accurately.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Identify and report machine issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to supervisors.
